Dinosaur Game (Python)

This is a dinosaur navigation game I made for BUAN 205: Introduction to Programming for Business Students. Using the directions N,S,E,W you can navigate through a building to escape while collecting items and avoiding traps. This game uses loops, conditional functions and modular functions.

Tentua Cocci Grifoni Entering Brazillian Market (Section 1)

This project is a marketing strategy report for Tentua Cocci Grifoni, developed through the X-Culture program in collaboration with an international team of students. This report analyzes Tentua Cocci Grifoni's competetitors and internal strengths and weaknesses. It also evaluates Brazil's market, highlighing key cultural, economic, and regulatory factors that impact market entry.

Tentua Cocci Grifoni Entering Brazillian Market (Section 3)

This project continues to outline Tenuta Cocci Grifoni's market-entry strategy for Brazil. The report suggests partnering with local distributors and luxury retailers to strengthen brand positioning. The report analyzes logistical requirements and presents a pricing strategy that combines value-based, competition-based, and bulk pricing approaches to establish Cocci Grifoni as a luxury wine brand in Brazil.

Marketing Report for Crumbl Entering Mexico

This marketing report analyzes Mexico as a potential market for Crumbl Cookies while analyzing cultural values, social structures, economic conditions, and consumer behavior. By evaluating trade partners, competition, infrastructure, and distribution options it identifies opportunites for expansion.

Marketing Report for "Drip"

This marketing report analyzes a new sneaker reselling app and develops a full marketing strategy designed to differentiate the app from competitors. Using strict quality checks, strong data security, transparent pricing, and unique 30 day try-on policy the app is able to establish itself as a strong competitor against reselling apps that are already well established. The report also details the marketing mix, target market, positioning, digital promotion strategy, and customer experience features that directly support Drip's goals.
